I make a call on my cell phone in the phone from my friend of the United States to Honduras. We both AT & T, and wondered how much would it cost? I do not want to create a business card and everything. I just want to make a phone call from my cell phone.

It is $ 0.46 per minute. With the same company that does not matter for international calls, unfortunately. They have an add-on may be purchased for 4 U.S. dollars to discounts that may be useful if you want to call a lot.
And if your friend has a cell phone in the United States should not cost more, (your friend will be the cost of international roaming, even if the phone works.)
